Why do I need an in-home consultation? Why can't I get a quote over the phone?

Pricing for our services is determined by the size and condition of the property.  An in-home consultation is necessary in order for us to provide you with an accurate pricing quote.  Quotes are subject to change if the scheduled cleaning date exceeds 2 weeks from the quote date and/or if the condition of the property has drastically deteriorated from the day of the quote to the scheduled cleaning day. 

How do your prices compare to your competitors?

Our cleaning services are priced in the middle range when compared to the pricing of our competitors and other home cleaning companies.  Our goal is to create lasting relationships, not to nickle and dime our clients.  Because of the amount of time we spend on each and every job and the level of detailed cleaning we provide, we may not always be the lowest-priced option.  We use only premium cleaning products and all of our cleaning professionals are insured and bonded against theft and/or property damage.  Unfortunately, accidents do happen!  We want to ensure our clients have peace of mind when we are in their homes and that their home furnishings and contents are in trusted hands.

 

At the end of the day, spending less money by choosing a low-cost house cleaner will only cost you more in the end when you are forced to 'self-insure' against home furnishing ruined from cheap cleaning products and/or replacing your valued personsal items due to damage or theft.

Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?

It is not necessary for you to be home while our staff is working.  If you prefer to be there, that is fine as we want to ensure our clients are 100% comfortable when we are in their home.

What kind of payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  Please make checks payable to Opulence Cleaning, LLC. 

 

*All credit card transactions over $100 will include a $5 service fee.*

 

**Please note that a $35 fee will be billed to you for a returned check.**

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?

We use all of our own cleaning supplies and products.  If, however, there are specific products that you would like us to use, you are more than welcome to provide them.  We only use high-quality cleaning products and when possible, we will choose green products that are kid and pet-friendly.  All of our vacuums are equipped with HEPA filters and are cleaned prior to each clean.
